1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HookFeed (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscription & Credits
HookFeed offers a free plan with a monthly allotment of generation credits and paid plans with expanded limits. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Free plan: 10 credits per month.
- Each generated image counts as one credit.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
- Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.
- Contains malware, attempts to reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvents rate limits.
5. Ownership of Generated Content
Subject to your compliance with these terms, you retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you submit, and you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the images generated by the Service for personal or commercial purposes. HookFeed retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our models and service.
6. Third-Party Services
HookFeed integrates with third-party providers (including AI model providers and media hosting platforms) to deliver the Service. Your use of these components is also subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended similarities to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or distributing them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookFeed and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or engage in activity harmful to other users or the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
